Phoenix Jones: civilian Superhero arrested for assault

Phoenix Jones and his band of superheroes civilians were fighting crime in the streets of Seattle, but this weekend was, on the other side of the Jones Act. Jones has the police after they discovered was arrested for spraying a group of people with pepper spray.
Yes, Jones was Phoenix real identity in public. Benjamin Francis was arrested early Sunday morning while wearing black and gold suit and vest. Yahoo reports that Francisco is part of the rain-city superhero superhero civil rights movement.

Jones said he had tried to stop a fight on a bridge in Seattle, but the police arrested him for assault.

Detective Mark Jamieson, Seattle Police Department public information officer, said:
"In this particular case we have found that this group was to fight and when to contact them, they said they did not resist. Unfortunately, he has resorted to violence. He has committed a crime, an attack on these people. Counter the law. "

Peter Tangen, a photographer who also said a spokesman for Phoenix Jones:
"The first thing Phoenix call to screaming to 911. The last four or five nights a week to say this year and was never accused of a crime. That he met people dancing a lot and sprayed with pepper spray, is not that completely with what he has always done this year. "
Jones told Good Morning America in January that it expected the City Superhero Movement inspires people to encourage more pro-active in their communities.

Jones said:
"There must be a simple message. The citizens more responsibility. Call 911 is a good start, but it's not the end to end them all. Criminals feel free to run wild just my city and I will not tolerate ".
But the police are not just consistent with the philosophy of Jones. Jamieson said it's only a matter of time before someone seriously injured by a super hero of the civil population.

Jamieson said:
"We welcome the citizens and want to participate. That's all great. The problem and the concern we have is that someone gets hurt. They have no education. They have no authority."
What do you think of civilians superhero? When Phoenix superhero Jones and his friends are, while the world slowly into a pit of violence? There is the occasional arrest of labor?
